great place for the price

It's a great place to live. Great staff, and affordable.

great thing is being within ten minutes of anything that you need. the staff is nice and prompt to help your needs and my favorite thing is being able to see all the way to broken arrow from my balcony.

I am a long time resident at Vista, and am very excited about the current management staff. Since their arrival, i can truely say things are much improved and they really care about their tenants! Beth, Rachelle, Issac, Brian, and the rest of staff are very courteous. Great job everyone!!

I moved in early December and I've been happy since. The office staff is awesome and very friendly not to mention very helpful. The home I'm in is beautiful and spacious. The maintenance is quick and I like that, the last place I lived it took over a month for them to fix basic things. I love it here and never want to leave!

I have only been here a week but I notice its very quiet, and I love how spacious my floor plan is. Maitenence has been amazing and very alert with what needs to be done. The staff in the office always answers my questions and if they dont know they figure it out and call me right back. They have very good customer service here. I havent got to try much with what Vista has to offer considering im having a baby next week but after wards me and my husband will deffinately take part in our areas of interest like the gym. And I love my view!!!!

I would recommend this place to anyone.

Where do I begin, it is definitely a gem in Tulsa!! I have read reviews on this apartment community in the past when they were owned by different management companies, and needless to say they were all awful. In comparison to those reviews and living here, it seems like a completely different complex. There are beautiful views if you live up in the complex, and the the community itself is well maintained. The apartments are extremely spacious and just all around beautiful inside. The staff are all very friendly and helpful -- they operate in a very professional manner, which is always a plus. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help their residents, which is a very pleasant feeling. Maintenance is always on time -- when a request is submitted, they come out that same day within hours. Everything about this complex is absolutely perfect!!!

Absolutely love my apartment and the community. The views are beautiful, too. Maintenance is SO quick to respond and all of the staff are very nice. I am sort of surprised that there are no places for recycling, since it's such a cool and modern community. That is something I would really recommend adding.
